How long does it take to perform the inspection?
It typically takes about one hour for the physical inspection.
Do I need to be present for the inspection?
No, you do not need to be with the vehicle at the time of inspection. Once complete, you will receive an email and verbal consultation.
Are you able to do same day appointments?
Frequently, inspections can be done the same day if they are scheduled early enough.
Will I get a physical or email copy of the report?
An copy of the report will be emailed to all customers after the inspection.
What happens if they sell the vehicle I have ordered an inspection on?
If possible, it is best to put down a deposit to reserve a vehicle if the seller allows. Let the seller know you are interested in an inspection. There will be no charge to re-schedule or cancel an appointment with 2 hours notification before the scheduled appointment time. Less than two hours notice will result in a $100 charge.
