Purpose of Inspection
An inspection performed by Auto Advice ATX LLC is intended to assist the client in making an informed decision regarding the potential purchase or ownership of a used vehicle. However, no inspection can guarantee the absence of hidden, latent, or future defects, and an inspection should not be relied upon as a warranty or guarantee of vehicle condition.
Scope and Limitations of Inspection
All inspections are based solely on the visual observations, physical access, and operational testing available at the time of inspection. The inspection reflects what is seen, heard, or reasonably accessible on the date and time performed.

Auto Advice ATX LLC inspectors cannot predict future performance or failures of any vehicle or component. Certain defects may not be discoverable due to limited access, vehicle configuration, concealment, or the nature of the defect itself.

Inspection results may also be influenced by testing conditions, including but not limited to temperature, weather, lighting, or road conditions present at the time of inspection.
No Valuation or Purchase Advice
Auto Advice ATX LLC does not provide opinions regarding the value of a vehicle, nor do we advise clients to purchase or decline a vehicle.
The sole exception is when a vehicle presents serious and immediate safety concerns, in which case Auto Advice ATX LLC may recommend declining the vehicle based on safety risk.
No Warranties or Representations
An inspection does not create or result in any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, condition, reliability, or operation of the vehicle or any of its components.

Auto Advice ATX LLC expressly disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as explicitly stated in the inspection report.

Auto Advice ATX LLC makes no representations other than those specifically contained in the inspection report.
None of the information contained herein, nor the absence of any information, constitutes a representation to any party.
Limitation of Liability
Auto Advice ATX LLC shall not be liable for damages resulting from:

Defects not reasonably accessible or discoverable during inspection

Hidden, latent, camouflaged, or concealed defects

Defects that become apparent only through use not contemplated or disclosed by the vehicle owner or purchaser

Changes or damage occurring after the inspection and prior to purchase

Auto Advice ATX LLC’s total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the inspection service. Under no circumstances shall Auto Advice ATX LLC be liable for repair costs, loss of use, diminished value, or consequential or incidental damages.
Post-Inspection Changes
Physical, mechanical, or cosmetic damage may occur between the time of inspection and the time a vehicle is purchased. Auto Advice ATX LLC assumes no responsibility for any changes or damages occurring after the inspection is completed.
Confidentiality and Use of Inspection Materials
All inspection reports, images, findings, recommendations, and related content are intended solely for the exclusive use of the individual or entity who purchased the inspection.

Inspection materials may not be relied upon, distributed, reproduced, or used by any third party without the express written consent of Auto Advice ATX LLC.
