Auto Advice LLC Liability, Refund, & Cancellation Policy 

Auto Advice LLC requires full prepayment for all services at the time of booking. 

Cancellations & Refunds 

  • Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 100% refund, provided the customer does not wish to reschedule. 

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a 50% refund of the purchase price. 

Vehicle Availability 

If the vehicle is unavailable or not accessible for inspection at the scheduled appointment time, the customer will receive a 50% refund of the purchase price. 

General 

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. 

  • By booking a service with Auto Advice LLC, the customer agrees to this refund policy.

Liability Policy & Limitation of Liability 

Auto Advice LLC makes no representations or guarantees other than those expressly stated in the written inspection report provided to the client. Auto Advice LLC makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except as explicitly outlined in the inspection report.

Auto Advice LLC shall not be held liable for: 

  • Defects or conditions that are not reasonably accessible or discoverable at the time of inspection 

  • Hidden, latent, or camouflaged defects 

  • Defects or issues that arise from use, operation, or circumstances not contemplated by Auto Advice LLC and not disclosed by the purchaser prior to the inspection

The purchaser agrees that Auto Advice LLC’s total liability, for any cause of action arising out of or related to the inspection or inspection report, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the inspection services. Under no circumstances shall Auto Advice LLC be liable for: 

  • The cost of repairs 

  • Replacement of the vehicle 

  • Loss of use 

  • Diminution of value 

  • Any incidental, consequential, or special damages

The inspection report and all related information are prepared solely for the purchaser. None of the information contained in the report, nor the absence of any information, shall be considered a representation or warranty to any third party.

By purchasing and accepting inspection services from Auto Advice LLC, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this liability policy.
